Locomotives in group E prohibited.  Locomotives in group H restricted to consist of
not more than two units.

Heaviest auxiliary crane permitted 120 ton capacity.

Heaviest car permitted gross weight 263,000 lbs.

PUBLIC CROSSINGS AT GRADE

Movements must not obstruct any public crossing at grade where automatic protection
devices are in service until it is known that protection devices are in service for
at least 20 seconds.
